Marion Lejeune : Umhlanga
Looking at my painting now, the four years that it took me to find you was
well worth the wait. |
Sometimes things in life take you quite by surprise
and go beyond your expectations - that's what you did for me! So a million thank you's.

I first encountered Bron's art at the Homemakers Expo in Durban.
The use of colour and movement in her pieces intrigued me. |
I have been fortunate enough to have commissioned several pieces from Bron.
Bron was able to perfectly capture and complement the colours and design of our home after just a single visit.
Her art works beautifully in our home.
Thank You, Bron!

Webster : Fahrenheit Design
Fahrenheit Design has worked with
Bron on several occasions, mostly
for residential commissions. |
In working
with her, I have found Bron’s
art to have a certain inner life,
and a sense of serene beauty,
whilst still retaining its technical
purity. Her style is easily spotted,
and this I believe will add to
its future value as well.

Raleigh : Wisty Raleigh Interiors
I have introduced Bron to 14 of
my clients and every single one
has been customized to their taste,
colours, size and all have been
thrilled to own their paintings. |
For me as a Decorator, it is
a pleasure to know that I can
depend on her to interpret my
brief & complete the scheme
so well. Bron is dedicated, passionate,
original and extremely talented.
I personally own 3 of her pieces
and they are stunning. Our association
has been longer than with any
other Decorator and I am so proud
of the growth and direction that
I have watched her take.

Raleigh : Leisure Solutions
Late last year, I was contracted by
a group of investors to refurbish,
reconstruct and revitalize a property
on a 20 hectare property on the Polela
River outside Himeville in the Southern
Drakensberg. |
The brief was
very precise, and turnkey. The
completed property was to be fully
furnished and operational on handover.
The investors employed the services
of a well known Durban decorator
who engaged Bronwyn, who would
co-ordinate her art with the décor
and portray the specialness of
the property and the region in
general. The result was spectacular.
The seamless integration of the
artwork with the décor,
has made the project an absolute
stunning example of real professionals
at work. Bronwyn’s pieces,
whilst contemporary and easily
absorbed into the overall themes
of the project, illustrated the
importance of selecting an artist
who is so flexible in interpreting
the moods and connecting spaces,
one would have thought that the
project was built around the art.
I highly recommend Bronwyn to
anyone looking for art that really
brings life & soul into any
room or project.

Elliott : Elliott Designs
Commissioning a piece of art is
not only a daunting task, but working
with Bron has made the transition
really simple. |
We were fortunate
to commission a piece, while
working more than 600 km away.
We simply selected the colours
that complimented our design
scheme, and Bron did the rest.
A truly effortless task when
working with a professional
artist. Well done Bron and I
look forward to our next commission!

I have 2 pieces of Bron Stofberg’s
art & hopefully some more coming
shortly, her art is different from
anything else I have seen & is
truly unique. |
She has the
ability to work her art into an
existing room, using colour scheme
& theme, adding her own taste
as well as the buyers into the
artwork. Her paintings gets more
compliments than my view..

I have always admired Bron Stofberg’s
work since I first discovered her
at a house and garden show. |
I have since
easily picked out her unique work
displayed in various places as
Bron’s art has a special
energy that captures my attention.
I am very pleased to say that
I have a splendid piece of art
work in my dining room created
by Bron Stofberg. I think every
visitor we’ve had has commented
on how spectacular it looks. Additionally
to our unique piece looking to
great, I was very impressed with
Bron’s work ethic. Bron
came to our house and took note
of our existing colour scheme,
décor and space available
and created something specifically
for us. She discussed the concept
with me, and delivered exactly
what was promised. I only wish
I could have her artwork in every
room!! I feel very fortunate to
have had the pleasure of gaining
such a special treasure.

We were looking for something striking
and abstract as a focal point for
our living room wall. |
Bron’s
work fits perfectly into our home.
It's got a flow, energy and subtlety
which creates interest without
being over-powering or forceful.

"I have worked with Bron on several
of my interior design projects, each
one with much success. |
Bron is so
easy to work with, she understands
how to interpret a brief and gives
much of her creative self in her
work. Her style is clean and pure,
yet soulful and there is something
in her work that seems to draw
the viewer in. I look forward
to many more collaborations with
her in the future!"

"We first saw your work at the
Deco Expo at The Pearls in Umhlanga
and were really impressed with what
we saw. |
After making
contact with you and giving you
and outline of what we wanted,
we wanted to write to let you
know that both Trevor and I are
extremely satisfied and impressed
with your interpretation of what
we wanted. It has become a focal
point in our lounge and we would
not hesitate to work with you
again should we be looking for
some further work."

I think Bron is one of the most talented
emerging artists in the South African
landscape today. |
Her technique
and vision are innovative, orginal
and impressive. I commissioned
4 paintings that now enrich my
house. She had the ability to
interpret our brief and desires
with original pieces of art that
complement the interiors as well
as uplift our spirit! The first
piece was entitled "life
under water"; it is a long
rectangular canvas and an abstract
interpretation of an amoeba (I
think!) in a rich dark maroon
background. Absolutely striking!
The brief for the second piece
(a large 1.2 x1.2m square canvas)
was "A river runs through
it", the dark black "river"
runs on a white and aqua backdrop
with beautiful splashes of silver.This
is my favourite! The third piece
is a small 60 x 60 brown abstract
forms on with canvas and finally
the last addition is a beautiful
"aqua waterfall".

Bron has filled my teenage daughters
bedroom and filled it with a collage
of inspiration, colour and character.
|
What a transformation!?
Each and every visitor has made
special mention of her room saying
it’s the most creative in
the house? I have been delighted
with all of my purchases and will
definitely be growing my collection
in the future.
